Kode with Klossy creates learning experiences and opportunities for young women and gender expansive youth. Kode With Klossy camps are a series of FREE 2-week coding-intensive camps designed for students of traditionally underrepresented genders in the STEAM fields. Both in-person and virtal camps are held in locations aross the USA.

Kode With Klossy’s flagship program provides the opportunity for young women, gender nonconforming and trans scholars around the world, ages 13-18, to attend free two week bootcamps that introduce them to key computer science concepts and skills. Scholars collaborate to explore the limitless potential of code and computer science. Scholars learn website development, mobile app development, Data Science, Aritificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Using Kode With Klossy’s custom curricula, instructors teach scholars how to code and guide them as they build websites, mobile apps, and data visualizations. Instructors are current or former teachers who share our mission-driven mindset and are committed to fostering inclusive, empowering learning environments. We provide instructors with comprehensive, pre-service training to prepare them to successfully lead camps.

The impact with Kode with Klossy is tangible. 78% of Kode With Klossy alumni in college have chosen to pursue majors or minors in computer science or engineering.
